SCM Insurance Services was pleased to attend the first annual Insurance Business Awards, and honoured to win the Insurance Business Readers’ Choice Award for Best Service Provider. 
This award, open to any company or individual providing service to Insurance brokers and offices, had nine organizations nominated, and Jeff Sutton, ClaimsPro’s Senior Vice President, Business Development, was pleased to accept the award when SCM was declared the winner.
Insurance Business, the organization hosting the awards, publishes Insurance Business Canada magazine and related publications around the world as important industry resources for insurance brokers and industry professionals. The Insurance Business Awards was an event created this year to bring together industry leaders and celebrate achievements in the industry while recognizing companies and/or individuals for outstanding achievement in their respective lines of business. Over 650 industry professionals attended the gala on November 30, 2016 at The Liberty Grand in Toronto.
The Readers’ Choice Award for Best Service Provider was designated to recognize “the contributions of a company or individual with a proven track record of providing Insurance brokers and offices with the superior service and assistance needed to perform their duties.”1
